Online conference: LABYRINTH – towards a safer and more efficient drone navigation system

Ensuring drone traffic control and safety

Next Thursday 15th October at 9:30am we will be holding the online conference “LABYRINTH – Towards a safer and more efficient drone navigation system” organised by LABYRINTH and the Spanish Ministry of Transport. This virtual meeting is part of the Open Dialogue on Mobility programme led by the Spanish Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA) to present the new Mobility Strategy 2030.

The objective of the conference is to present the work that LABYRINTH is developing around the safe and efficient management of drone traffic and to propose a meeting between public institutions, companies and research centres to tackle the new challenges that are arising in the drone industry.

It will be an open dialogue on the technological and regulatory advances that have to be addressed in the coming years and to be able to take advantage of the benefits of drones for the exponential improvement of safety and efficiency in civil land, sea and air transport, as well as in the execution of emergency and rescue operations.
